Conveniently based in the centre of Middleham, walking distance to the 4 pubs yet peacefully hidden away down a private lane, Kent cottage boasts original wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, open fire, heated stone flooring, and a new stunning kitchen and bathroom.

Pottery Lane Barn is a beautiful quintessentially English 3-bedroom Georgian stone barn in the grounds of an Edwardian farmstead featuring views over rural North Yorkshire. Just 3 miles from Ripon, peacefully tucked away down country lanes, Pottery Lane Barn has been immaculately renovated in 2023 to a luxurious standard, paying respect to original features like the barn A frame beams and decorated throughout in subtle ‘Little Greene’ colours. The stone heated flooring, a wood burning fire and a deep bath all add to the cosy charm along with the most sumptuous beds, ensuring you will enjoy a perfect Yorkshire Sunday lie in. The barn has its own garden within our farmstead of 15 acres and has a stunning oak gazebo with a 5 person hot tub and of course twinkly lights.

With all the activities that the local area has to offer, we know you'll be out exploring local trails and dales and when you're done, you can grab the most delicious meal, snack or a quick pint in one of 4 gorgeous pubs in the Middleham village, just two minutes from our cottages. You're also lucky enough to be a mere stones throw from what is, in our opinion, the best Fish and Chip shop in Yorkshire where you can grab a pint from the pub next door and enjoy!
Our cottages are dog friendly and have been fully renovated in 2021. Extreme care has been taken in decorating the cottages to make them feel as homely and cosy as possible. We've taken time to source and engage with small local businesses to ensure we can offer the very highest quality, vegan-friendly toiletries to enhance your stay. Our cleaning products and toiletries are of the highest standard, and we have ensured that we are using eco friendly, refillable/reusable products.
